Title Screen/Main Menu
The title screen has quite the most obvious change: it was completely redesigned between the American and European releases. The menu screen also has some differences, such as the warning below the mode selections being in a different font, and the sparkly circles on the side of the selected choice being in a different color.
Warning Screens
The warning screens are also written in a different font.
Songlist
As stated in the introduction, several songs (which, apart from DIVE, were all the returning beatmania songs from DDR 2nd ReMIX APPEND CLUB VERSiON Vol.2) were replaced with liscenced cover songs in the European release. Unusually, Salamander Beat Crush Mix is the only song that didn't get this treatment, but it is heavily implied that the aforementioned scrapped song Addicted to Bass was going to be what it was replaced with.
